From the top of its rock headland, the majestic feudal fortress of Paulhac has, for the most of 10 centuries, over towered the whole of Brivadois.

The 75 pieces of tapestries and classified furniture have kept alive the memory of the notorious families: de Brezons, de Balsac d'Entragues, de Courcelles, de Lesseps, that over the times succeeded one another.

  LESPINASSE MEDIEVAL CHATEAU

Lespinasse medieval chateau which is listed in the "Route historique des châteaux d'Auvergne", surprises the tourist with its imposing building, looked over by the pepper-pots of the numerous towers, échaugettes and turrets that surround a large square seigniorial tower crowned with machicolations.
